1 Star 

6 week program - Introduction to Strength and Conditioning training

 

This program is designed especially for riders who are completely new to exercise and want a safe, supportive introduction to strength and conditioning.

No fitness experience at all is required. Each session builds on the last and by the end of the 6 week program you will have a brilliant fitness foundation and be ready to jump safely and confidently into our 2 star program

This program is ideal for riders who:

  • Have never exercised before or feel unsure where to start
     

  • Want to feel stronger and more stable when riding
     

  • Are coming back to exercise after a long period off
     

  • Are looking to build confidence with exercises

 

What to expect:

  • 4 sessions per week, a blend of strength, conditioning and mobility training
     

  • 30-40 mins per session
     

  • Suitable for at home or at the gym
     

  • Rider specific exercises that will improve your riding off the horse
