1 Star 

6 week program - Introduction to Strength and Conditioning training

 

This program is designed especially for riders who are completely new to exercise and want a safe, supportive introduction to strength and conditioning.

​

No fitness experience at all is required. Each session builds on the last and by the end of the 6 week program you will have a brilliant fitness foundation and be ready to jump safely and confidently into our 2 star program.

​

Weekly check ins through the Forward Stride Fitness app along side two video calls to keep you accountable and ensure you are progressing throughout!

This program is ideal for riders who:

  • Have never exercised before or feel unsure where to start
     

  • Want to feel stronger and more stable when riding
     

  • Are coming back to exercise after a long period off
     

  • Are looking to build confidence with exercises

 

What to expect:

  • 4 sessions per week, a blend of strength, conditioning and mobility training
     

  • 30-40 mins per session
     

  • Suitable for at home or at the gym
     

  • Rider specific exercises that will improve your riding off the horse
