1 star
Introduction to strength and conditioning. This is for anyone who is starting out on their fitness journey or anyone coming back to fitness after some time off. It covers the fundamentals of strength and conditioning training and sets you up to join our 2 star program. This is a 6 week program where you meet with Nessa at the start and finish to ensure you feel comfortable with the exercises and progress throughout.
2 star
This is our strength and conditioning program specifically designed to improve your riding. A blend of strength, conditioning and mobility workouts that you can choose to complete at home, at the gym or a combination of both. Programming that progresses weekly for you to enjoy and keep track through our app, with a monthly meeting with Nessa to ensure progression.
