Our rolling group training program provides ongoing, structured strength, conditioning and mobility workouts designed specifically for equestrians. With no fixed start or end date, you can join at any time and train consistently alongside other riders in a supportive group environment.

You have the option of taking part in testing blocks to ensure you feel progression in your fitness and monthly meetings with Nessa to provide necessary feedback on your form and analyse any riding videos to identify weaknesses that can be improved off your horse.

Basic fitness experience is required, you don’t have to be at a certain level of fitness but you should be comfortable with a range of exercises and movements to safely jump in. Every exercise is scalable and it is up to you to choose appropriate weight and intensity to suit your needs
